On a dreary Tuesday afternoon, I got a LinkedIn message from someone named 'Chaz' who wanted help with a project shrouded in secrecy. Had he not used the sentence 'from your profile you seem to be a bit of a legend, so... can we meet?' I probably would not have responded. That same charm and determination is now helping Chaz, and his business partner Rosie, make Fat Lama the company that manages to create a successful sharing economy platform for goods. In a bid to help us borrow more and buy less, share more and meet more people, they're helping us reduce the drain of consumption on the planet. Many have tried, many have failed - but we think Fat Lama has the drive and the skill to succeed.
